At Jeffenjane, we want your beautiful jewelry to arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During holiday seasons or special promotions, delivery might take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount—keep an eye out for promotions!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Jeffenjane has no control over these fees and cannot estimate what they may be.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, sometimes packages go missing or get damaged in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  jeffenjane@outlook.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safest and fastest delivery. Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
