Refund/ Retum Policy
At Jeffenjane, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or engraved items, earrings for hygiene reasons, or items purchased during a final sale.
How to Return an Item

Email us at jeffenjane@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address for your return.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all paperwork, and mail it back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeffenjane@outlook.com. We may ask for photos of the issue and will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to you. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
Customers outside Hong Kong are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items. Jeffenjane is not liable for these charges.
